Sport Report Term 3:

WEDNESDAY SPORT
Summer sport choices for Term 4 should be made by the end of Term 3. Surfing, beach sports and cricket will be replacing ice skating, soccer and netball from the current Term 3 roster.

AUSTRALIAN ALL SCHOOLS REPRESENTATIVE

Samantha has been selected in the U/16 years Australian All Schools Netball Team to travel to New Zealand in 2007. Samantha's selection follows the U16 years NSW All Schools Netball Team success at the Australian Championships being undefeated throughout the competition.

NSW ALL SCHOOLS REPRESENTATIVE

Ryan has recently returned form the U/16 years Australian All Schools Hockey Championships in Adelaide where NSW finished 3rd behind Western Australia and Queensland.

The Open Boys Hockey Team unfortunately was defeated by a confident Grafton (North Coast) team in the final round of 16 in the NSW competition. A late goal sealed Lambton's fate and saw Grafton win 3 - 1. It was a tight game with control going back and forth between the two schools. Solid leadership was displayed by Nick throughout the competition with all players (from Years 9 to 12) making a solid contribution to the team's successes.

Two girls - Keely and Julia have been selected in the Northern NSW Schools U/15 years Futsal Team (Indoor Soccer).
